Agent and timeout to be considered logged out

Hello;

vicibox 4.0.3, vicidial 2.8-404a, Build 130605-0841, asterisk 1.4.39.1-vici, Single Machine, Vtiger 5.4

If the agent closed the browser without doing log out .. The system stay see it logged in (and this appear in the dash board), there is not settings for timeout or settings to detect that the browser closed and make the agent status logged out instead of keep watching it logged in and he just closed the browser. Of course this if the phone configured On Hook = No (not in conference room).

Any help?

I found thread talking about the same thing, but I am now not able to know if this is applied on not. Is it possible to set timeout that based on it the system will logout the agent automatically if its screen was idle (he leaved the screen for long time)?
