Hi Im using VicidialNow 1.2 RC1 and I'm trying to transfer calls to an specific extension or number but the transfer goes with a strange CallerID, I want to ask if an incoming call comes to the dialer and the agent transfer it to another extension, if there's a way to keep the callerID from the caller.

Look in the manual for call transfers, there are options in campaigns to how to set the callerid during transfers.
