Report shows only 10 agents logged in, but there are 30
Posted: Fri Aug 22, 2008 8:03 pmHere is the screen shot. This campaign is a voice broadcast using 30 line and 30 agents, but the report only shows 10 agents. Any thoughts on how to resolve this? Thanks in advance.
