Problems with Agent Web Interface

I have just installed and configured the vicidialnow but i have a problem with the Agent Web Interface. When i try to enter /agc/vicidial.php I write the user and password of the phone and the system but i can't login.

Sorry, your phone login and password are not active in this system, please try again:

Phone Login: 102
Phone Password: XXXX

I have create the account 102 in sip.conf and i wrote all its routes in extensions.conf.

What could be happening???

Do you have any suggestions?????

You need to add the phones within VICIDIAL as well

Admin->Phones
