The front page of the Vicidial Manager's Manual on EFLO.net's store (free and paid versions both available!) has a sizing guide.

Note that the number of agents is vague. If you have 90 agents dialing manual dial on one cluster and 90 agents on a political survey campaign on another cluster and handling callbacks from missed calls, those two clusters will have very different requirements for sizing.

That being said: Minimum Recommendation ...

1 DB Server (8 cores minimum, 2.4Ghz minimum, 8G RAM minimum)
2 Web (4 cores minimum, 2G RAM minimum)
4 Dialers (8 cores minimum, 2G RAM minimum)
1 Archive/Replication server

Not that adding more cores or more servers for each role is not a bad idea, based on your price-points for the server purchases.

You can also lease servers which could allow you to "spin up" more servers quickly and easily (ie: just lease another) if you find yourself underpowered. After you're online making money and know your capacity requirements, then look at purchasing. We have clients in our colocation facility who have leased for a single month before purchasing and we have some who leased for several months before purchasing. In many cases, they continue to colocate with us after the purchase simply because they have no desire to learn to manage the hardware (plus their agents no longer need to be in any specific facility to access the servers, so they can have rooms all over the country sharing the system).

In my case. 90 Agents will be auto-dial(concurrent login).

Whether it can be managed with 2 four-core processor with 1 DB server. ? How many agents can be allocated with this setup?.

If 90 Agents are also auto-dial, Then how many servers needs for the cluster configuration.

How many simultaneous calls will you have at the most?

Note that 90 agents could have 45 calls for an inbound/blended "have lots of agents available to avoid drops" call center. On the flipside, 90 agents could have 1800 calls live for robodialing.

Obviously a system capable of 45 calls is very different from a system capable of 1800 calls. Thus the Manager's Manual recommendation of 1 Dialer per 25 agents and 1 web server per 50 agents, plus a dedicated DB server ... is merely a guideline.
