All goautodial Agent point on one Phone

Dear all,

I'v juste installing a new server Vicidial "VERSION: 2.9-441a BUILD: 140612-1628" and goautodial 3.3 and asterisk 1.8.23 I have same phones and users :

user 1 ==> phone 8001
user 2 ==> phone 8002
user 3 ==> phonr 8003
....

in a first time I configured my Eyebeem with 8003 and I connected in goautodial agent interface with user3 ==> the Eyebeem ringing ( synchronisation OK ) Until here all its OK

after that when I configured my Eyebeem with 8001 and I connected in goautodial agent interface with user1 ==> the Eyebeem not ringing ( synchronisation KOOO) and I have in asterisk log this message :

" ==> in my opinion its looks like with the user 1 the system search the phone 8003 but in vicidial admin interface the user1 is configured with the 8001 phone

Please seriously consider installing with Vicibox 8.1.2 from Vicibox.com instead of Goautodial. Vicibox is more recent and more maintained.

There is an installation PDF on Vicibox.com. After installation, use the Vicidial manager's manual from EFLO.net (free version is in the store!). If you start at page one of the free version of the Manager's Manual and don't skip anything, you will have a fully functional system much easier than any other method. Without paying anyone any money except for your Phone Company for the VOIP minutes.

Before you log in, each phone must be registered successfully. Each phone has its own entry in Admin->Phones. Is phone 8001 registered to extension 8001?

thx for your advace I will tray to install Vicibox

the 8001 is registred to extension 8001

what I noteced that after same time when I log user 1 Eyebeem ringing and the synchronisation its OK

its looks like there is a sciprt or any other thik must turn on quickly to erase cach perhaps but I don't know what is it ?

if you have a "sometimes the phones ring, other times they do not" when an agent logs in, it may be due to phones losing registration. This is often due to the firewall being closed before they reconfirm their registration. You can reduce the time before the phone re-registers OR you can increase the time your firewall leaves the port open. Or in some cases you can turn on the "keepalive" option on the phone.
