I want to create a survey campaign that play a voice message and if the customer press 1 the call transfer instantly (without delaying) to available agents.

what are the steps ?

Using Goautodial 2.1

I have created a outbound camp
Dial Method = ADAPT
Allow Inbound and Blended = Y
Allowed Inbound Groups = 1press

SURVEY
First Audio File = MainPitch
DTMF Digits = 18
Not Interested Digit = 8
Opt-in Audio File =
Not Interested Audio File = Good Bye
Method = AGENT_XFER
No-Response Action – OPTOUT
Response Digit Map – 1-DEMOCRAT|2-REPUBLICAN|3-IND|8-NI|X-NONE|

Then

Created In-bound group - (1press)
Created DID
DID Route: IN_GROUP
In-Group ID: 1press

is this correct ?

The Vicidial Manager's Manual is available at EFLO.net. It contains step-by-step instructions for pretty much everything Vicidial. Note that Goautodial is just an installer for Vicidial (as is Vicibox, BTW, which is fully supported by The Vicidial Group, the creators of Vicidial ...). In the manual "press one" is called "survey".

That being said: To convert an existing FUNCTIONAL outbound campaign to a Survey campaign ...

1) Begin (as stated) with a functional, fully-tested, outbound autodial (ratio!) campaign (NEVER use adapt until you have tested everything else, everything works, and you find out what the difference is between "adapt" and "ratio". Then STILL don't use Adapt until you have at least 20 agents. Seriously.).

2) Modify the routing exten for the campaign to 8366. test the campaign again. It should play the democrat/republican message and transfer you to an agent if you press one.

3) Continue making changes .. but with EACH CHANGE, test again. Never make two changes before testing. If the change does not result in a functional campaign OR does not have the desired effect, UNDO your change.

With these baby steps, anyone can run a press one campaign without asking for help and without spending money. LOL (we charge $100 to set up a campaign, press one or otherwise .. for those without the patience to see this through!).
