List and recording for direct dial

Vicibox 4.0.3, vicidial VERSION: 2.8-403a BUILD: 130510-1350, Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU X3470 @ 2.93GHz, Single Server, Asterisk1.4

I placed the context of the phone and extension to be defaultlog, when doing a calls from the IP Phones directly (not from the dialer), the calls are recorded and I can see the recorded files at Admin --> Phone --> See recorded calls.

For better searching, how I can see these calls in the list? How I can let these calls to be inserted in the list?
