my problem is conference with all agents.Admin need talking with all agents.i can talk 1 agent with barge but i need all agents our softphone eyebeam 1.5.7

i found

admin -> conferences -> Add A New VICIDIAL Conference

conference = 9000
server = server_ip
EXTENSION = SIP/1000 (phone login)
restart asterisk
call 9000 and talking

waw it is mysterious this vicidial i use it before many year and noww .... lol

you should add a new NONvicidial conference.

any of those conferences can be used, actually, you don't even need to add one. that's what they are there for. but if you use a vicidial conference, you risk having an agent log into it ...
