When Agent Modifies some data of Customer and then Dispose the call, DATA doesnt get save ?

You've probably already checked this but try this..

In the User profiles do you have "Agent Alter Customer Data Override" set to "ALLOW_ALTER".

Under campaigns -> Detail, check if "Disable Alter Customer Data" is set to "N"
