How to make listen to the agents in vicidial v2

Hello,

I have just installed vicidial, and I need help to know how I can listen to agent in communication.

I found one craftiness, it is to copy ID of the session and to paste on eyebeam and I listen to the agent, but that there is better no link for example or in click on the link and in listening.

Here is my configuration:

Kernel Version : 2.6.18-194.8.1.el5.goPAE (SMP)
Distro Name : GoAutoDial CE 2.0
Processors : 2
Model : Intel(R) Pentium(R) Dual CPU E2160 @ 1.80GHz
Asterisk 1.4.27.1-1

go to goautodial.org website > wiki

there you will find an instruction on how to listen to ongoing call.

alternatively, go to report click choose options and you be able to figure it out there. HTH

go to report ------>Real-Time Main Report-------------->Choose Report Display Options----------------->Monitor: monitor---------->phone=agent phone (exp 106)--------->submit
