I'm getting this msg in vicidialnow agent screen

" The online users count exceeds the license's permission. You need to purchase or upgrade your license "

can anybody tell me the solution for this issue

That is not a vicidial notice.

How did you install ViciDial?

admin.php version and build?

Vicidialnow 1.3

VERSION: 2.0.5-174
BUILD: 90522-0506

Now we are dialing 20agents with g729 codec, if i go more than 20 agents, i'm getting the msg. And that agents going to pause mode.

I have screenshot also, if u give ur email id, i'll mail it to u.
