Quote needed for VICIDIAL install

Please bid on the below project. Not per hour, but per project to ensure we have a complete port of our current system to “reliable” system.

1. Install VICIDIAL with some “popular” GUI stable client for B2B telemarketing
2. Port over our configs from our current 1.4.x open source Asterisks
a. We have about 30 extensions
b. Meet me rooms
c. IVR
d. DISA
e. Feature Codes (* for call transfers, call waiting, etc...)
f. International Context (certain extension can call international)
g. Skype Integration, public can use Skype to call in since we have international clients.
h. Asterisk Fax where we can simply email the server our attachment to send a fax. Setup incoming faxes. This is new to us so we have basic questions on how to setup and available functions that we may want setup.

3. Would be nice to integrate with FreePBX as it seams possible and stable see the VICIDIALwiki on How to.

4. We have international agents using Linux and Windows. We will need help to trouble shoot allowing incoming calls to be received 100% of the time. Sometimes agents’ calls would go to voice mail with the soft phone ever answering.

5. There may be various other issues so plenty of time needs to be placed for basic training and trouble shooting after the setup if completed.

Do not want anyone to nickel and dime us here, just project cost and let us get it done to move to the next project.

For below mentioned features :

Skype Integration
Asterisk Fax

Best would be contact Vici Group.

Vici comes with Inbuilt PBX.

For others , I can help you at the minimal cost , which will include configuring 30 ports for SIP Configured Outbound Dialing Over Static IP.

Skype to Asterisk

I do not care as for the GUI as long as it is public not a home grown version.

Direct Inward System Access

As for budget let us see what the free market determine this. Let the bidding begin.

1) Skype to Asterisk : Its like Normal Inbound Calls , originating from PSTN

2) ViciDial has its Own Agent CRM. It also has VTiger for Sales and Marketing

Can be done at One time cost of 450$. It covers 30 seats configured with One SIP configuration. Not limited to Configuration of Inward DID number.

Support charges extra , every month.

PM if interested.

Installation is free, but only the installation... not the support.

Is the Requirement Still on ?

Hello,

Want to check with you if the requirement is still on ?

Can you provide access to your current Asterisk Box, to determine the effort porting the current configs to the list of things you mentioned in your RFP.

This is required since you are not ok with a per hour model, usually per hour model looks more cost effective, since you pay for all the changes that you may want to do while the project is on (in fixed cost model, you generally pay more and are bound with the RFP documents set in the start and any change to the same would result in more cost)

We can work with you either ways,
Do let me know,

Regards,

Guys send me a revised new quote on...

install vicidail to trunk into FreePBX, ISP will setup ISO you need, you just need to configure and train us how to use it (basics)
- store call recordings greater then 4 seconds in the call monitor
- sales manager can view ONLY how many calls each of his representatives made and not anyone else's in the company
- sales manager can feed new numbers which are auto organized by time zone
- numbers where users get voice mail, no answer can recycled and reused up to four times till they are then placed in a block list.
- configure the setup so that it predicatively dails per telcome's instruction on predictivie dialing requiremnts.
