All in one page for certain functions with vicidail

I am looking for some to make a all in one (kind of screen) that can make vicidial easier to use for our clients. The page would have dialer results, dispositions, notes, transfers, etc...

Many of us, perhaps all of us, have done this in varying degress for various purposes. You could list all the items you would like on one particular page and you may find it's already been done, or very close.

programable disposition buttons
transfer feature
login screens
current lead or call info
Notes feature to enter notes on a prospect
manual call feature
task list
schedule a call back
leave message on answering machine
CID

Does anyone have a screen or can make a screen with these features. Will pay well.
