Request for remote vicidial install, can pay upto $500

We need someone to install and configure a Vicidial predictive dialer, with all the features. Consultant must configure SIP or IAX trunks so that Vicidial is working properly. remote vicidial install, can pay upto $500, the server is going to be colocated. must upload list and train

I have 4 years Asterisk experience and i am specialist in the configuration for the interface agent vicidial according to the needs.
i have experience in php, java, Perl, apache, mysql, sql server
