Ordinarily these things are not handled in person. We perform all work remotely unless we have your servers in our shop (or are in upstate NY?).
Also, it would be handy if you gave something more technical than "calls are not ringing out to".

Basic installation stuff like this can be pretty cheap (if your installation was successful but things like firewall and sip providers or basic configuration are as yet unfamiliar to you ...) or pretty expensive if your installation was not actually successful and that is why your system does not work.
