Initial vicidialnow config/install

Hello,

I am looking for an interested consultant to go over some basic configuration pieces for an asterisk/vicidialnow install.

Installed:
GoAutoDial CE 2.0 | Vicidial 2.2.1-237 Build 100510-2015 | Asterisk 1.4.27.1-1
- basic install using vicidialnow.

Currently it seems that I am having an issue with inbound audio when i dial a DID number that is set up. Not sure if it is a NAT issue as I think I have seen some supporting discussions.

This is my first vicidial install/setup so there is some future guiding/teaching as I have just delved into getting this call center set up. We are looking to push this to several hundred seats/concurrent calls. For now we are looking at something like 30 agents on a 6 hour shift.

Main point can someone power level me in the ways of the vicidial :)

We offer training at $35/hour for basic setup and "get it going" methods for Vicidial. Our standard pricing for support is $50/hour (priority and emergency are higher, of course). All pricing, etc., is available at http://catalog.poundteam.com.

We can help with anything from "silly questions" to complete setup including loading leads and walking through setting up network topology in your office.
