thats nice.
actually I proposed before that we should have a skinnable template vicidial gui before. and I became so busy to even start it.
anyway, the design is nice. when do you expect to post the source?

I do like this layout. There are several things that would need to change, but it is a good place to start.
What is the dialpad for exactly?
As for skinnable vicidial.php, this is possible, but would require a lot of work because of how the vicidial.php script works and interacts with DHTNL elements. It is something that we don't really have time for at the moment.
