I tried doing survey script and I just edited the part for the wav file and just ran it. I supposed that when someone answer the phone and ran the message it will give them the option to press 1 and it will connect to agent and when pressed 2 will be sent to the DNC list.
The main problem is that it is being tagged as PU when it is being disposed by the system instead of DNC.
Any ideas?
