outbound conference call

Hi Team,
Vicidial VERSION: 2.8-434a |BUILD: 140418-0914 |Asterisk 1.4.44-vici, | pri card = Digium, Inc. Wildcard TE420 quad-span T1/E1/J1 card 3.3V | No extra software installed | Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5506 @ 2.13GHz | 500gb HDD

I have a requirement @ specific time for example 09:00 am
from vicidial server automatically call should trigger 25 member mobile from vicidial server. We have pri connection for outbound calls
. make sure all of them connected in conference mode with recording.



Note : without human help conference call dial from the server

How to pls guide me

As of now out bound & incoming campaign calls are working fine

What kind of calls do you need to "trigger"? Outbound autodial calls to prospects? Agent logins? Wake up calls ... help me out here. LOL

Call times on a campaign with remote agents can cause autodials to "kick in" ...?

Actually my requirement is need to take conference call every day inside the all india branches staff.

It was a paining work dial from a mobile 20 members.

So that we are looking for an automated process from the server .

We don't have agents to do that campaign login etc ..

We are looking for an automated outbound conference call to 20 members for every working day exclude sunday.

pls guide me how to steps ...

If play welcome greeting msg everyone for example this is a conference call from abc company pls wait on the line. it will be easy to identify to every one .

! Oh! That would be fairly easy to build. You're looking for a conference system that will call the attendees at the proper moment. This way they don't have to call in (and navigate a conference system). And you don't have to wait for them to all call in (inevitably someone is always 15 minutes late that way).

You'll need a storage container for "who to call" and at "what time". And eventually "call these guys early by X minutes" and "not ready yet call me back in X minutes", that sort of thing. Plus you'll need the ability to auto-navigate phone systems (direct dial to X352 for instance). All doable.

Do you have such a storage container already? Do you want this in Vicidial specifically or just asterisk?

Note that Vicidial already uses a similar operation during logged in agent manual dials. So adding this to Vicidial would be a php/mysql thing (standard programming) with a known working "execute" for how to bring in the callers.
