Hello,

We are just starting out a live transfer campaign. We need to transfer customer to a different call center for closing purposes. How we can sent customers phone number as a caller ID to the 3rd party call center? at the moment When we transfer them its our call center number that appears in :?:

CALL CENTER CLI.

What to do? please advice.

What kind of telco lines are you using, and who is your carrier?

GO TO ADMIN-carriers- modify the carrier you want--dialplan-- and from anonymous at the number you desire.
