Voice mail not skips

Voicemail not skiped please guide me. Its pass all voicemails to Agents. I check with manual and autodial mode. In both ways its pass Voicemails to Agents.

Answering Machine Detection is not 100% accurate.

Do you have app_amd installed on your system?

If so what are it's setting in extensions.conf when you call it?
