I have compiled a small document to install the whole system using nothing but a computer. Hope you find if useful.

lo mate, your link just gives a page with the following text:

HTTP1.1 STATUS 403 Remote Access to this object forbidden This file cannot be directly accessed from a remote site, but must be linked through the Brinkster Member's site.

Did you happen to look at the date? This is over 2 years old. Those instructions would be very out of date and probably wouldn't work at this point anyway.
