VICIDIAL -CALL Disposition

Hello friends,

Doing the campaign, Call disposition screen not appearing, if the customer cut the phone or not pickup the phone.What could be the problem in my configuration or needs to do some other configuration.Kindly help me.

Does the disposition screen appear if you click on "Hangup Customer"?

Yes.I am getting disposition screen.Could you guide me to setup auto-dialing not predictive dialing

By auto not predictive I guess you will be wanting to do progressive dialling...

Just set the dial ratio to 1 and you will dial at a 1:1 ratio....

Thanks Mr.Kenny,

When user logged into conference, he hit the resume button, dialer started to calling, the same time agent listening the ring tone, Is it correct? (Dialer should recognize the human voice then transfer to available agents,meanwhile agent should not listen ring tone Am i Correct).

Please advice to me.

I am using Pots line (Analog line)

That's wrong. An answered call will be transfered to an available agent. If you want to hear the ring tones then you have to do "manual dial".

When i do auto dialing i can hear the ring tone.What would be the problem?

How do i fix the problem?

Really? In my auto-dialing setup the dialer dials and connects only answered calls to the agents. Matt your help is needed...

If you want the agent to hear ringing you need to use MANUAL dial method for your campaign.

Have you read the manager manual?

No .Mr.Mflorell,

I am using Auto dialing.So i shouldn't able to listen the ring tone.But i am hearing the ring tone.

If you see my Log details, before executing the agi-VDADtransfer.agi script, Deadagi is executing.I think AGI script is not working, thats the reason i am getting ring ton when i am in auto dial mode.Please help to ride out from the error

Is your carrier sending an Answer signal on all calls as soon as the call is sent?

I am very sorry.How do i find out our carrier sending the answer signal?

I guess before that call is sending.That is the reason i am getting the ring tone. agi-VDADtransfer.agi script is not recognizing the answering the human voice or busy mode. This script is skipped, Moment the script skipped i am getting the ring tone. How do i fix the problem
