callback popup message not coming during live calls

I am running the callection model in vicidial.....but i am n't getting callback popup message during live calls...It's very urgent for me to show popup message during call.....How can i do it ...Please suggest me..


I am using this version:-
version = '2.0.129';
build = '70322-1545';

with this current model...my agents are not getting callback popup message...

I want to see the callbk popup message when my agents INCALL before 30 seconds of callback time .

There is no callback popup message that can be displayed 30 seconds before scheduled callbacks, the agents will see the number of active callbacks available under their comments box in the agent interface.
