number of leads per list ID

Hello, just wanna ask, how many leads can i upload per list ID. i uploaded 50k but the total uploaded leads was only 30K.

If you are uploading that many using the web-based lead loader you may run into PHP limits. We recommend using the command-line lead loader for files of that size.

As for a capacity, there is no maximum capacity. We have had well over one million leads in a single list ID before.

how can i do that? to be honest im new to vicidial dialer.. i really just know how to manage the dialer by reading the manual manager.

You will need someone with at least a little familiarilty with Linux to help you.

If you're too shy to get a "linux guy", break your list into 20k pieces. It is not necessary to load a list in one piece. In fact, you can load hundreds of lists at one time and/or load one list 500 times and just keep adding more to it. Just dedupe (it's an option during the upload) as you load and you should be fine (even if you accidentally load the same segment twice, they'll all be dupes and get rejected).

You could also raise the limits in PHP (download file size and timeout). If you don't know how to do either one of those and can't look it up ... you really should break the list into 20k pieces.
