Please give me your hardware recommendation for 30 seats
using version 2.0.5rc1...
vicidial,database and webserver on it.

purely because of G729 you are going to need at least 2 servers. I would recommend one gateway server to handle transcoding and possibly be a web server and another server for VICIDIAL and the database. These would be quad core 4GB RAM servers.
This setup is not expandable at all, you would need to add at least another server to allow for proper expansion. put the web/db on one server, gateway dedicated to itself and the third server would just be VICIDIAL/Asterisk. From there you could double you seats by just adding a fourth server, being an Asterisk/VICIDIAL server.
