Set up an auto-dial campaign to dial without any live agents

Hello Friends,

I have done auto playback message without live agents.Its went well.There is a problem in playback message method.

Suppose the message should play after pickup the phone.
Not happening here, before pickup the phone message stared to playing, it is not identifying, whether number is available, busy or ringing. i have followed VICIDIAL Manual.

Whatever number in dial hopper, its dialing.But not getting good result.

Could you tell me how to setup message play back after pickup the phone.

Well, it shows that it's playing the message(85100019) and updating the status in the system:

Nothing appears to be wrong with the output of Asterisk or the logs in VICIDIAL. Is the audio not playing?

Yes i can listen playback message.Could you tell me whether it is possible in VICIDIAL application?
Is there any function to detect the phone is answered(customer pickup the phone), then message will play.

You're system already appears to be doing that, what exactly is the problem that you are having?

What i am facing the problem is, If the customer not pick up the phone, message is playing after few minutes.I wants to setup message should be play after pickup the phone.

put your own number in the system. have it call you. does it wait until you pick up the phone to play the message?

did you modify the extensions.conf file for the outbound call in any way (or are you using the standard, correct, dial plan)? (like removing an beeps ...)
