Auto-dial campaign withouth live agents

I am trying to setup a campaign to auto dial without live agents and play the message immediately. I followed the steps in the manager manual however I am still running into issues.

When I make the remote agent status 'Active', the number is dialed but instead of playing a message when the line is answered, the call is just hung up.

I have 85100002 in the external extension for the remote agent as that is the number that I left the test message on following the easy prompt.

What have you entered for "Campaign VDAD exten:" on the campagins page?

Are you altering the CallerID at all in the dialplan?

Are you using FreePBX?

Do you have the 'o' flag in your Dial string in the dialplan?

we have everything up and running now... turns out we were just using the wrong script!
