dialer automatically disconnecting many calls?

Hello,

I am facing the problem , my dialer automatically disconnecting the many calls.

I am using outbound dialing.

what should I check for that ?

If you had read the stickies you would know that we need to know:

- Asterisk version
- astguiclient version and build
- loadavg of the server
- how did you install VICIDIAL

Sir,

I am using vicidalnow 1.1 version.

Which have

Astguiclient 2.0.4.1rc3

Astrerisk 1.2.27

Zaptel 1.2.24

load average: 1.00, 0.73, 0.39

quad core Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5405 @ 2.00GHz

4 GB RAM.

Are you using the 'o' flag on your Dial command for dialing out over your trunk?

You need to look for the Dial line where you dial out over your carrier.

OK, you need to post some agiout.2009XXXX logfile output of the VDAD agi output for calls that are not going through.
