No Live Calls

Im experiencing some problem with Vicidial right now. When my agents are doing manual dial it shows no Live calls in the upper right corner of the interface. even if they were already connected to the number. The customer also wont hear the agents. But doing Ratio dial, dialing works fine.

What could be the problem on this?

I think that is right before I made several changes in vicidial.php involving logging. You might want to try upgrading(make sure you only execute the NEW mysql statements in upgrade_2.0.5.sql, the fields that are not in your database already, you can check the system_settings.db_schema_version field)

Did you read the UPGRADE document in the root of the astguiclient package that you downloaded?

system_settings.db_schema_version is 1110, and this is the last value in upgrade_2.0.5.sql, so db should be up to date

however, we see following error in apache error log:
PHP Warning: mysql_num_rows(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL
result resource in /srv/www/htdocs/vicidial/admin.php on line 1836

Going to admin.php, line 1836, I see that following query is being executed:
SELECT lead_filter_id,lead_filter_name,lead_filter_sql from vicidial_lead_filters order by lead_filter_id

when I try to execute that query manually in mysql, I get error that table "vicidial_lead_filters" doesn't exists. when I check the list of tables, I don't see it either

That very well could be a bug in that version that you are using. Since that is 24 database revisions ago I would suggesting doing an svn update.

where can we get or download the updates?

You would have to do an SVN update on your source directory. Are you the person that installed this?
