Hi,
I have installed vicidialnow 1.1, I'm getting this msg when I dial manual

Calling: (012)653-8765 UID: M0129171433000000007   Waiting for Ring..."

Is it bcz of version or something else, from where I can download the new version of vicidialnow.

That's a known bug on Astguiclient 2.0.4.1rc3. Try upgrading to 2.0.4.1rc5 or download the latest VicidialNOW (1.2rc1) at http://www.vicidialnow.org.

I had 1.1 running in our test center and on Disconnects and No Answers the agents would have to hit the msgbox 50 times to get rid of it lol

To make the upgrade easy. Like was said, DL 1rc5. The UPGRADE file doesn't specify the change to 1rc5 but it is the top one. To simplify, just run 'perl ./install.pl' and you're good to go.
