hi on users report sheet or on the reports menu....can i generate a report from all leads being input to vici with its disposition and the detailed number of client along with the client name or business name after the call session...or after the shift....

ALL LEADS BEING CALLED BY AGENTS:

You could try the AST_VDsales_export.pl script, or you could install PHPMyAdmin on your webserver.

on vicidial where is the webserver document root is it /var/www/html/......?
on that directory should i install the phpmyadmin....?

and how about AST_VDsales_export.pl what am i going to do with it....just run the script like /usr/share/astguiclient/AST_VDsales_export.pl

then whats the next step ill do....i run it it jus display this...

hi i try to run it....and this is the output:

allowed run time options:
[--campaign=XXX] = Campaign that sales will be pulled from
[--sale-statuses=XXX-XXY] = Statuses that are deemed to be "Sales". Default SALE
NOTE: To include all statuses in the export, use "--sale-statuses=---ALL---"
[--output-format=XXX] = Format of file. Default "pipe-standard"
[--with-inbound=XXX-XXY] = include the following inbound groups
[--ftp-transfer] = Send results file by FTP to another server
[-q] = quiet
[-t] = test
[--debug] = debugging messages
[--debugX] = Super debugging messages

hmm..im confuse what would be my next move......

my goal is just to add...on reporting sheet the Businessname/name===>number====>Disposition

so i can sort my leads after the call shift....

coz by default the setting is only this....cant see the leads name and number

This is a command-line application, you need to use options to have the app work properly, like the campaing and statuses that you define as sales, etc...
