Reset Lead-Called-Status for this list - does not work

Hi,

I am using Centos 5.2/Asterisk 1.4.22/FreePBX2.5.1.0/VICIDIAL 2.0.4 1rc5

I am still beta testing my installation. After completing a campaign with
a list of four leads I want to rerun this campaign again with the same
four leads in the same list. So I did the following:

(1) Stopped the campaign - ACTIVE = N
(2) Stopped the list - ACTIVE = N
(3) Cleared the status - Reset Lead-Called-Status for this list = Y
(4) Click the SUBMIT button at the bottom of the list details.
(5) Set the list to ACTIVE=Y and submit
(6) Set the campaign to ACTIVE=Y and submit

There are no leads in the hopper ???

I go back to the list screen and check the stats all the lead are marked as
not called.

The subtotal shows up as 4 not called but the total shows as 4 called.

Can some tell me what I am doing wrong here.

1. Did you add the Dial Status for those leads called int he first iteration to the campaign? If not, then Vicidial won't know that you want to dial on anything other than "NEW" status.

2. How long did you wait for the Hopper to refresh? It refreshes every minute.

Thanks for your response. That helped.

I had set the call dispositions as NI for all the leads that had calls made.
So I added the dial status NI and it loaded all the leads back on to the
hopper.

I have another question, if I keep the disposition as NI after making
the calls will it keep loading the same leads and again and again ??
