Agents is in resume state but realtime screen shows paused

Postby rahulindia » Fri Jan 09, 2009 11:01 am

vicidial now VERSION: 2.0.4-121
Asterisk 1.2.27
distro centos

When clicking on Resume, the dialer shows that it is dialing, and the operator sits waiting for someone to anwer. After a couple of minutes with 0 calls, i check the real time screen it shows user as Paused (but the screen on the operators machiene wrongfully shows it is dialing). Then agent must click on Pause, Resume, and Pause again to try to make it work. If that does not work, then we logout and log back in again. This happens several times during the day.

For single-server installs NTP is not as important.

What is the loadavg on the server when this happens?

How many agents?

On the systems that pause, does the clock continue to move on the vicidial agent screen?

Are there any errors in the Firefox Error Console?
