I've never run into that one, must be a SIP issue or a networking issue.

That is an 18000 line C source file. Not likely to be helpful.

I will say, however, that I find

[from-ipkall]

to be a bit odd. Perhaps you should go back and look at the proper method for the "Dial" function.

Now, I am getting call but sometimes I dont get and soemtimes I get call.

Also, sometimes calls getting disconnect after 2-3 secs...

Any advice ?

what happens on the CLI at the moment of disconnect?

the only time i've had issues with that was when the VOIP account had very little money in it and the provider was disconnecting the call. but a look at your cli may be necessary.

also, try more than one voip provider so you can easily resolve the question of whether they are the issue.

also, try calls to more than one locality (if you are calling outside the U.S.: call inside, if you are calling inside the U.S., be sure you are calling into different area codes)

not that I, or any of my clients, have ever had it happen, but i have heard that some telephone companies have detected and shut down voip calls into their countries as violations to their communications rules.

1) I have an Account with IPKall and FWD and both supports Asterisk.

2) Both provides free Account at No charge.

3) Considering balance, as I am NOT using my outbound SIP Account , balance doesn't thing come into the picture.

4) My dialer is in India and I have a DID from 206 area code.Now, when I try to call my own number, it lands in asterisk and also in the closer page but disconnect in 3 seconds.

I see this in CLI :

17275551212@sip64

Does it mean that it tries to call 17275551212 through sip64 account ?

If that so, then is this possible that 206 to 727 calls gets disconnect in 3 secs due to VOIP Issues ? Regarding Balance , I have checked and enough balance are there .

these are inbound calls then?

you have free inbound voip accounts and your calls cut off after a few seconds?

you should try it with local agents and see if the crash occurs when it tries to dial the external number and connect the calls. try a "remote agent" with a soft phone inside your building that can be dialed by the system (able to "log on as an agent"). this may remove the "external" dial as your issue, or identify it as your issue. if the external call fails, that's your problem.

When u say CRASH COLOR, does it means the red color which appears when call lands up. ?


try a "remote agent" with a soft phone inside your building that can be dialed by the system


Means configuring my Xlite or Eyebeam with the one of the agent and try receiving the call in that ?

If not 17275551212 , then what shld be the extension number ? and Does it any change in dial plan i.e extension.conf file ?

if your "logged in agent" setup doesn't work yet, you are not finished setting up your system. no agents = system incomplete.

go through the standard set up and use the "logged in agent" setup. if that works for an extension (x-lite, eyebeam, kiax), then you can use that extension as your "remote agent".

I guess Local as we use xlite and we register Agent with their user name directly.

I simply called my DID without login as any agent but still call is getting disconnected in 3 secs.

But if any of my agent login to the Test_IN campaign to take call, call get disconnect after 2 secs.
