inbound queue (waiting customers are not entering)

Vici: 2.0.4-119  
Asterisk 1.2.24

we have the following situation:
if a customer calls the inbound number, and a agent is waiting to take the call, it goes to the agent and everything works great.
HOWEVER, if there is no agent waiting, the customer goes into a inbound queue, when any agent becomes available, the customer in the queue is NOT transferred to the agent.
Any ideas on this?

I'm not sure the specific release version that came from, but I would recommend upgrading to 2.0.4.1rc3

this has been fixed with the upgrade. thanks for the help!!


(sorry for the repeat, i sometimes work as a proxy between the guys running the vicidial and the forum, so i keep forgetting other issues :P )
