DTMF Passthru patch

Hi Matt,

Im using asterisk 1.2.27, do I need to apply the meetme DTMF passthru patch and meetme volume control patch, also rewrite of waitforsilence? Pls advice.

It is a good idea to apply those, but absolutely not required. If you do not apply those then some things may not work fully.
