Configuring VICIDIAL and login as Agent

Hi There,

We have been able to successfully install astiguiclient software for web-based calling. We have also installed Asterisk server in the same system.

Now we are have configured the astiguiclient with data for Campaigns, Leads, Agent Group and Users.
We have been able create a lead sample data text file using the sample given in the document Manager_Manual_LowRes_BW.pdf.

But when we check the number of lead in the hopper for that particular Campaign it is showing the value "0". Can anyone provide us with a real data file for loading them into the system as lead.

Also when we try to login as Agent, we are not able to login and we get the error,

Error Message: Sorry, your phone login and password are not active in this system, please try again:

What do we need to do to enable the phone login and password so that we can successfully login?

We are also using a soft phone for testing purpose by creating it internally in Asterisk server.

Please help us as this is very urgent.

There can be many reasons for those problems, check that the server_ip fields all match up in your database tables.

How many leads show up in the list modification screen?
