Which version of Vicidial are you using?

vicidial_campaign_stats

Postby kegler » Mon Jul 14, 2008 3:42 pm

Hi,

I am seeing the same issue - after making multiple inbound calls that are answered and dispositioned with no problems, the "calls today" is still set to zero. In other reports for the agent (like closer stats), the calls show up.

My vicidial_campaign_stats does not seem to get updated when new inbound calls are placed - perhaps there is an AGI script that I need to add to my extensions.conf dialplan to get this functionality to lauch and increment the vicidial_campaign_stats?

i'm running astguiclient v 2.04 on CentOS, fyi.

thanks in advance

One note on this - there are 2 fields in the vicidial_campaign_stats that DO get updated:

1) update_time

2) agents_average_onemin

The rest, however, are unchanged after making inbound calls (all zero's and NULL's)

Are you doing MANUAL dial or RATIO/ADAPT dialing?

Do you have any statuses defined as Human Answered?

I was looking further into this and I'm starting to think that VDAD stats are only for outgoing campaigns...is this true? If so then the stats would not be applicable for my tests, which are only using in-groups and an inbound campaign.

They currently are only for outbound. There are some interesting obsticals to overcome in doing them for inbound, but maybe fore the next full release we will be able to do that.

Thanks. Yes that would be a nice feature to have...I'm currently looking at Vicidial from an inbound call perspective, and being able to monitor the real-time stats on an inbound campaign would be a great feature.

Looking into it more, it will actually take quite a bit of work, but I will try to get it done for the next full release.
