that must be configured in your extensions.conf file. To have it goto the extension of the hardphone.

Or if you mean within vicidial, just add that phone, and login with that phone information. (i.e. hardphone extension) on the agc/vicidial.php page.

Im sure I can, but like I said, how are you trying to accomplish this? VIA an outside number calling in or via VICIDIAL?

that has nothing to do with vicidial, that is purely an asterisk deal..

simply match the incoming number within /etc/asterisk/extensions.conf

example 6026638000 is the number thats incoming so we'll place this in the correct context within the dialplan (/etc/asterisk/extensions.conf)

[inbound] (or whatever your inbound context is from-pstn, or whatever).

exten => 6026638000,1,Dial(SIP/5000)

what that does is looks for an incoming call matching 6026638000 and then it sends that call to yoru SIP extension 5000

customize it accordingly.

hope this helps.

Hi

i remcomend to read some basic documents
on Asterisk before you get in to Vicidial

If not, you will have some difficulties to deploy
if you dont understand some basics of Asterisk and call process.

visit www.voip-info.org

there are many discussion already there how to integrate
ZAP, SIP, BRI and more
