how to test inbound, any test account can i get to test inbound...
only for USA.
i have a Globe7 USA DID no. is it posible to configure Globe7 account.

yes its possible
its off topic to Vicidial.
read again the scratch_install have example to configure
post the errors or any issue after configuring, and still its not working
