how to tweak astguiclient.conf settings?

Postby bobbymc » Thu Oct 04, 2007 12:39 pm

Im currently pushing 72 calls at any time and using the survey script. Everything works fine but the issue is that when the a person picks up on the call it takes about 5-10 secodns before it plays the message.. the load is between 5-20 avg..

I was wondering if maybe i change these settigns or if someone can explain to me how changing them will effect anyhting or what the settigns are for exacly.

What is your hardware? How many server do you have for your 72 call?
The load average of the cpu is 5-20? If it's true, too high!!!

Way too high. Your system load should be between 2 to 4 for a dual core system. Average load should be around 2. Your system is way overloaded.

You must do load balancing. Read LOAD_BALANCING.txt
