Dear all,
I have installed vicidial and asterisk v1.2.24 on centos 4.5 and I was using the scratch install.
My problem starts when I log into the vicidial agent interface because my User Agent (softphone eyeBeam) doesn't receive any call and when i click on "Dial Next Number" button it doesn't dial .....
Any one knows how I can resolve this problem? or please point me to some links that discuss this.

did you follow the scratch_install
post the asterisk cli errors along with AGC (Vicidial) logs.
