timeonVDAD closer display issue

Postby gardo » Fri Aug 24, 2007 7:36 am

I don't know if this is the default or not. My timeonVDAD closer display only displays waiting inbound calls for up to 1 minute. After that, the incoming inbound call disappears. I can still hear "your call is very important to us...". However, the call is not appearing on the closer display after a minute of waiting.

Using astguiclient 2.0.3 and asterisk 1.2.17.

Does it show up on the standard timeonVDAD page for the server that the call is on?

The SQL statement for the calls waiting count probably just needs to be tweaked a bit, can you post an issue to the tracker for this?

Hi Gardo,

I also had a similar problem. Inbound calls and waiting inbound calls disappear after a few seconds in the AST_timeonvdadall.php display. Since I don't have outbound calls on this server, I disabled from astguiclient.conf autodial, hopper, adaptive scripts. This solved my problem.

From the logs I can see that it creates a JAMed file. I still have'nt figure out where exactly in the script to fix it.

Hope this helps.

Issue resolved. I think it was a glitch since I was calling from the same voip provider routing the inbound call to us. Going live with agents and getting live inbound calls shows that this issue is no longer present.
