Hello all,

I am facing problem with vicidial agent login page
Path:- (server/agc/vicidial.php) when i entered username and password and after selecting campaign i received error below.

Error is...........

Sorry, there are no available sessions
Login:
Password:
Campaign:
But i click on submit button the phone (X-lite) rings up but i get error above and unable to see agent page.

please help me if anyone know about this error.

Hi

have you added the 8600051 in the meetme.conf and extension.conf
see in the scratch_installtion and also add in database..

When I log into http://10.xxxx/agc/vicidial.php via xlite phone I can able to access the page and able to make aoutbound and inbound call
But when I try yo login via Linksys IP phone I am getting
Sorry, there are no available sessions
I am not sure where is the problem

Hi

what username are you login from ATA box
Just follow the proceedure how you do with x-lite,

and configure ATA box.

Its a hardware problem I tried with other Linksys IP phone it is working fine
