Dead Call Max Seconds NOT WORKING

ViciBox v.11.0.1 230806

I have activated the Dead Call Max Seconds option with 180 seconds, but when viewing the monitor in real time, we see agents who over spend this time, have already left and re-entered Vicidial and this continues to happen
