Hi Everyone, i have been looking in the inline help and in the manager's manual and can't find any specification that says AC-CID do not work with Manual Dials.
But i have noticed that every-time that I place a Manual Dial it only uses the Campaign CID.
I know there is a Manual CID Setting, but it only allows Campaign or Phone Override, and it state that if there is any Custom CID on the campaign, Manual Dial CID will be ignored.
My question is. Is there any way to get Area CID or Group CID to work with my Manual Calls?

There was a bug fixed related to this last year, so I would recommend upgrading to the latest svn/trunk revision and testing again.
