CID Group Not Rotating

Dedicated Server 16 core, 64GB RAM, 500 GB SSD

So we have many dialers where we have set up 2 CIDs Groups. primary(600 DIDs,Statefill area code DIDs) and failover(50 TFNS, Rotating Setup) CID groups.

The whole idea is that in case there isn't any DID available it should pick TFN from the failover CID Group as CID and those TFNs should also be rotating.

Today I noticed that on all the dialers the TFNs under the CID Failover Group are not rotating. Yes, they are rotating if that same CID Group is set under primary "CID Group" but the same CID group doesn't rotate TFNs if set under Failover.

Rotate Settings are as below:
CID Auto Rotate Minutes: 1
CID Auto Rotate Minimum: 30

Has anybody else faced the same issue? Any idea what can I do to fix this?

I would suggest upgrading to the latest svn/trunk revision of VICIdial, there were some changes made related to CIDs last year that may fix this issue for you.
