Outbound calls not connecting?

Hi guys,

Quick question: When I do a manual dial as a test run for our dialer, the phone rings and goes to voicemail but the actual outbound number never gets connected. I've tried manually calling multiple numbers including my personal number through the dialer but no cigar. Any suggestions??

What you describe is FAS (False Answer Supervision) assuming you got the setup correct, you'll see the call attempt on your carrier's CDR if that's the case. Without more information on your VICIdial campaign settings, carrier set up (removing any sensitive information such as IPs or credentials) it's not possible to tell.
